NewYork, an online news reader for the Amiga,
provides a simple to use, visually attractive news reading environment
which does not come up short on speed or power. Through the use of
efficient programming techniques and the ClassAct GUI system, we
have created a comfortable, capable, and efficient news reading
environment. We look forward to hearing your suggestions so we can
continue to improve NewYork in the future. Please note, an offline news
option is coming soon!
We greatly apologize for the slip on the original March release date, but
it could not be avoided. However, during this time we have added Mime
Base64 Decoding abilities and improved NewYork in many other ways (example:
Time of sorting 1200 articles on an a3000 reduced from 58 seconds to 4
seconds!). NewYork is available NOW - start spreading the news! A
demo version of NewYork will be available shortly.
